Adding and deleting users
Managing registered users on your website (if this is being offered to visitors)
Setting permissions
Adding/removing components, modules, and plugins
Making changes to the menu/navigation

You can of course, depending on permissions, do anything that is available through frontend publishing from the administration panel as well.
